Associate
Samuel Roth is an Associate Attorney at Kriger & Schuber, APC. His practice focuses on providing legal counsel regarding the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, governing document interpretation, real estate and land use matters, corporate issues, vendor contracts, and dispute resolution. In addition, Sam represents firm clients in civil litigation, including governing document enforcement, contract disputes, judicial foreclosures, and other matters.
In 2021, Sam earned both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of San Diego. While at the University of San Diego, Sam was a two-term executive board member of the Business Law Society and focused his studies on finance, real estate, land use, and climate change. Before returning to his hometown to attend law and business school, Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Washington in 2014.
Sam is an active member of CAI San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association San Diego Chapter, and Urban Land Institute San Diego-Tijuana. Sam was selected as one of 2025 San Diego Rising Stars by Super Lawyers. Sam currently lives with his wife, two cats, and dog in La Mesa and loves playing sports, going to the beach, and spending time outdoors.
