Brad Schuber is the president and sole shareholder of Kriger Law Firm, APC. He oversees the firm's operations and has an extensive background in representing residential and commercial associations in southern California. Brad routinely provides legal counsel regarding the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, governing document interpretation, capital improvement projects, vendor contracts, and dispute resolution. In addition, Brad represents firm clients in civil litigation matters, including governing document enforcement, contract disputes, construction issues, judicial foreclosures, and other association litigation.
Active in the community, Brad serves on CAI San Diego's Education Services Committee and of its Legislative Support Committee. Brad is also an instructor with the California Association of Community Managers, where he teaches the California Law Series. Brad is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and a past president of the East County San Diego Bar Association.
Originally born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Brad received a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Pace University in 1993 and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1999. While attending law school, Brad served as Editor-in-Chief of the school's prestigious Journal of International and Comparative Law. Brad is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
