Kriger Law Firm Wishes You a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving

Posted by Steven Banks | Nov 24, 2020 | 0 Comments

Thanksgiving looks and feels a lot different this year. We're facing curfews, quarantines, travel restrictions, and limits on gatherings. The simple pleasures of reuniting with friends and family, congregating in a crowded kitchen, gathering around a table while sharing food, libations, and stories – all of these traditional activities so many of us look forward to each year – now present serious risks to the health and safety of those whose company we so treasure.

But many things remain unchanged: we have much to be thankful for, particularly at this moment. We're thankful for the tireless efforts of public health officials, health care providers, first responders, and other essential workers, often putting themselves in harm's way, to keep us informed, healthy, and safe. We're thankful for the science that is allowing the development of breakthrough vaccines and lifesaving treatments in record time.

Here at Kriger Law Firm, we're also thankful for the technology that has allowed us to continue to provide legal services to our clients despite all of the disruptions caused by the pandemic. And we're thankful for our clients, who have continued to entrust us with their legal needs as we all negotiate a very changed landscape that has presented novel legal questions.

To help ensure we're all around to enjoy the remainder of the Holidays and the New Year, we've gathered below some links to holiday guidance from various federal, state, and county governments and health officers:

All of us at Kriger Law Firm wish to thank our clients throughout Southern California for your continuing trust in our office, and we wish you all a very happy -- and safe -- Thanksgiving.
