The Community Associations Institute – known as CAI – is a national organization that was formed to become the preeminent source of information, training, guidance and research for the successful creation and operation of community associations. 

There is an active chapter of the CAI here in San Diego catering to the needs of community association board members, homeowners, managers and vendors. The lawyers of Kriger Law Firm actively participate in the local chapter's committees on public relations, legislative action, publication of the chapter's Common Assessment Magazine, and education.
